毛霉菌处理水中铬的主要影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了用于去除水中铬的毛霉菌的最佳培养条件,并利用其去除水中的铬,分析了吸附时间、毛霉菌投加量对铬去除率的影响。结果表明,毛霉菌的最佳培养时间为3 d、培养时间为28℃、震荡速度为200 r/min。毛霉菌能有效地对重金属铬进行吸附,在吸附时间为18 h时毛霉菌对铬的去除率基本保持稳定,去除率可达88.08%;当干燥毛霉菌投加量为80 mg时,毛霉菌对水样中铬的去除率达到84.11%;继续投加毛霉菌,去除率逐渐降低;当投加量增加到200 mg时,去除率又逐渐增加。 The optimum culture conditions of mucor for removing chromium from waste water were studied and chromium in water was removed by cultured mucor.The effects of adsorption time and mucor dosage on the removal efficiency of chromium from water were investigated.The results showed that the optimum culture time,culture temperature and oscillation speed were 3 d,28℃and 200 r/min,respectively.Mucor could effectively adsorb heavy metal chromium.When the adsorption time was 18 h,the removal efficiency of chromium remained stable and the removal efficiency could reach 88.08%.When the mucor dosage was 80 mg,the removal efficiency could reach 84.11%;when the dosage continued to increase,the removal efficiency gradually decreased;when the dosage increased to 200 mg,the removal efficiency gradually increased again.
