摘要
针对我国量大面广的在役机床装备整体技术水平落后,难以满足我国制造业工业转型需要的问题,在对我国在役机床装备运行状况与问题进行分析的基础上,阐述了机床装备在役再制造的内涵,提出了机床装备在役再制造的实施流程;从基础共性技术、关键性技术两个方面出发,建立了机床装备在役再制造的技术体系框架,并重点对各项关键技术进行了分析论述;最后,结合某在役重型机床再制造实践,分析了机床装备在役再制造的综合效益及应用前景。
The large quantities of in-service machine tools of low technical level might not satisfy the demands of industrial transformation and upgrading of China--s manufacturing industries.Based on the analyses of operation status and problems of in-service machine tools,the connotation of in-service re-manufacturing of machine tools was put forward.In addition,implementation flow of in-service remanu-facturing of machine tools was proposed.Then,the technology system frameworks of in-service remanu-facturing of machine tools were established from the perspectives of fundamental common technology and key technology.Finally,the benefits of in-service remanufacturing of power tools were illustrated in the case of floor-type milling and boring machine remanufacturing.
