石油钻机平移棘爪步行器力学行为分析 被引量:2

摘要 棘爪步行器作为石油钻机平移设备的重要组成部件,直接影响着钻机平移。在受力分析的基础上,利用力学原理与方法,建立了一种获得解析解的棘爪步行器力学模型,进一步分析推导获得棘爪步行器构件的力学行为规律及影响因素。实例分析结果表明:棘爪力大小由结构参数决定,与钻机平移载荷呈线性关系;在钻机平移过程中前卡爪力始终小于后卡爪力,前卡爪位置0. 35与0. 50 m附近处为卡爪力变化临界分区点;液缸安装偏差在允许范围内对棘爪步行器受力影响不大。研究结果可为棘爪步行器结构优化设计提供参考。 The pawl walker,as an important component of the drilling rig moving equipment,directly affects the rig moving.On the basis of the force analysis,a mechanical model of the pawl walker with analytical solution was established using the mechanics principle and method.The mechanical behavior and influencing factors of the pawl walker components were then analyzed.The case study results showed that the pawl force is subjected by the structural parameters and is linear with the moving load of the rig.The front claw force is always smaller than the rear claw force during the rig moving.The critical points where force changes are in the vicinity of 0.35 m and 0.50 m of the front claw position.The hydraulic cylinder installation deviation within the allowable range has little effect on the force of the pawl walker.The research results could provide references for the optimal design of the pawl walker structure.
