摘要
针对常规分段工具测试系统不能完全满足可溶性桥塞模拟试验要求的问题,根据可溶性桥塞技术特点和现场分段压裂工艺技术需求,研制了一套由液压坐封装置、高温水压试验装置、高温溶解试验装置及数据采集与监测装置等组成的可溶性桥塞性能测试系统,建立的测试方法和流程,实现了在模拟现场工况下对可溶性桥塞坐封、承压及溶解性能的全过程测试。利用该套系统开展了可溶性桥塞室内模拟试验,检验了桥塞性能,把控了桥塞质量,经过测试的可溶性桥塞在现场施工中泵送平稳,坐封正常,压裂顺利,溶解良好。现场试验的成功开展验证了该套测试系统的科学性和有效性,为科研试验与工具检测提供了技术支持。
The conventional isolation tool test system cannot meet the test requirement of dissoluble bridge plug.According to the characteristics of dissoluble bridge plug and on-site multistage fracturing requirement,a set of dissoluble bridge plug performance test system is developed,which consists of hydraulic setting device,high temperature hydraulic test device,high temperature dissolution test device,and data acquisition and monitoring module.The test method and process are established to allow the test of setting,pressure holding and dissolution of the dissoluble bridge plug under simulated on-site conditions.The system was used to carry out the tests of performance and quality of the dissoluble bridge plug.The test-pass dissoluble bridge plugs showed successful pumping operation,plug setting,fracturing and dissolution in field applications.The successful field applications of dissoluble bridge plug proved the test system reasonable and effective,and provided technical support for tool testing.
