摘要
试验选择体重一致(40.26±3.10)kg的生长猪160头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪,用于研究日粮添加沼气残渣对生长猪生长性能、血清生化指标和肌肉品质的影响。试验一共设计4组日粮,对照组饲喂基础日粮(玉米+豆粕),试验组分别在基础日粮中添加4%、8%和12%的沼气残渣,试验共进行60 d(分为1~30 d和31~60 d)。结果表明:随着日粮沼气残渣添加水平的升高,31~60 d生长肥猪日增重表现为显著增加(P<0.05);各阶段生长猪日采食量随着沼气残渣添加水平的升高表现为显著的线性升高(P<0.05)。随着日粮沼气残渣添加水平的升高,血清谷丙转氨酶含量表现为显著的二次曲线关系(P<0.05)。各组对肌肉感官品质无显著影响(P>0.05),但随着日粮沼气残渣添加水平的升高,肌肉中必需氨酸、非必需氨基酸和氨基酸总量表现为显著二次曲线关系(P<0.05),其中8%沼气残渣组肌肉谷氨酸、蛋氨酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明:在本试验条件下,日粮添加沼气残渣可以生长猪平均日增重和平均日采食量,促进肌肉中大多数风味氨基酸的沉积。
A total of 160 growing pigs[body weight(40.26±3.10)]kg were allotted to 4 groups of 4 replicates(10 pigs per replicate)to evaluate the effects of biogas residue(BGR)on growth performance,serum biochemistry indices and meat quality of growing pigs.There were four diets,include the basal corn-soybean meal diet and supplementation of 4%,8%and 12%BGR into the basal diet,the experiment last 60 d.Results showed that the average daily gain in 31~60 d growing pigs increased as the supplementation level of BGR(P<0.05),while average feed intake increased linearly for the pigs as the supplementation level of BGR(P<0.05).The activity of alanine aminotransferase increased quadratic as the supplementation level of BGR(P<0.05).Similarly,the level of essential,non-essential and total amino acids in meat increased quadratic as the supplementation level of BGR(P<0.05),8%BFR group had higher glutamic acid and methionine in meat than the control group(P<0.05).We concluded that biogas residue can increased the average daily gain and feed intake for the growing pigs,and improve the deposition of most flavor amino acids.
