摘要
企业知识转移可分为内化转移和社会化转移。在企业知识转移过程中,档案作为企业各项业务活动的原始记录,是企业知识转移的重要载体和工具。通过档案对于知识的记录和固化,企业实现知识转移,在企业内部增强员工对企业的身份认同,助推科技发展;在外部市场中促进消费者对企业文化的了解,从而提升企业社会形象,增加市场份额。在企业实现知识转移过程中,应主动挖掘知识,增加知识存量,开放思维,扩展知识转移工具;树立档案意识,转变思维,加强业务融入,扩展档案价值,挖掘档案信息,开展档案社会服务,履行企业社会责任。
Enterprise knowledge transfer can be divided into internalization transfer and socialization transfer.In the process of enterprise knowledge transfer,archives,as the original record of various business activities,are important carriers and tools of enterprise knowledge transfer.Through the record and solidification of the knowledge by archives,the enterprise realizes the knowledge transfer,enhances the identity of employees within the enterprise,and promotes the development of science and technology;Promoting consumers'understanding of corporate culture in the external market,so as to enhance corporate social image and increase market share.In the process of knowledge transfer,enterprises should take the initiative to excavate knowledge,increase the amount of knowledge,open thinking and expand the tools of knowledge transfer;Establish archival consciousness,change thinking,strengthen business integration,expand archival value,excavate archival information,carry out archives social service and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
