摘要
基于国内水泥土搅拌加固技术方面的研究成果,重点对几种具有特色和代表性的水泥土搅拌加固新技术进行了论述。双向搅拌技术和粉体喷射注水搅拌技术能有效改善水泥土搅拌的均匀性,提高施工效率和成桩质量;整体搅拌加固技术、双轮铣深层搅拌技术、变截面搅拌桩技术在设备多功能化和土体加固形式等多方面取得了较大进展。这些针对不同土质、不同工况和不同应用领域的水泥土搅拌加固技术,体现了水泥土搅拌加固领域技术先进性和发展方向。
Based on the research achievements of cement soil mixing and strengthening technology in China,this paper mainly discusses several new techniques of cement soil mixing and strengthening.Two-way mixing technology and powder injection water mixing technology can effectively improve the uniformity of cement soil mixing,improve construction efficiency and pile quality;The whole mixing and strengthening technology,double milling deep mixing technology,variable cross section mixing pile technology in the equipment multifunction and soil strengthening forms have made great progress.These new technologies for cement soil mixing and strengthening in different soil quality,different working conditions and different application fields reflect the advanced technology and its development direction.
