Trend and key issues on eco-restoration of Yongding River Basin

介绍了永定河流域治理需要突破的问题,结合分析永定河流域功能多重性阐述了现阶段永定河生态修复理念,指出单靠政府一方的努力难以实现流域治理目标。在此基础上,展望了当前流域治理的发展方向,提出通过市场化手段组建永定河流域投资公司,作为协调流域上下游利益和生态修复实施平台,参与永定河治理工作的解决思路。

This study introduced key issues on eco-restoration of Yongding River Basin.Current eco-restoration concept on the Yongding River was elaborated through analyzing multi-function of Yongding River Basin.Opinion was also stated that only with unilateral efforts of the government could hardly achieve the goals of basin management.On this basis,prospects for basin management development was raised.The advice of establishing Yongding River Basin Investment Co.in a market-oriented way was put forward.The company was expected to be one of the solutions for the Yongding River management,as a platform to coordinate stakeholder interests and implement eco-restoration.
