摘要
为进一步贯彻落实河长制工作部署,北京市开展河长制信息化建设工作,并设计研发了基于GIS的河长制信息系统。系统采用GIS、"互联网+"和人工智能等技术,依托PC端、移动端和公众号3种载体,服务于市、流域、区、乡镇和村各级河长的业务管理工作,全面实现了河道管理网格化、事件处置流程规范化、河长绩效考核差异化、河道信息公开化。系统不仅可以切实推动河长制在全市的开展和落实,提高河长的工作效率和效果,而且有助于实现全市水生态环境质量显著提高,进一步助力早日实现水清、岸绿、安全、宜人的宏伟目标,造福全市人民。
In order to put the river chief system into full implementation,an information system based on GIS was designed and developed that integrated technologies of GIS,野Internet Plus冶and artificial intelligence and relied on PCs,mobile terminals and offical accounts,to serve for the management of river chiefs at municipal,river basin,district,township and village levels.The information system may help to realize network-oriented river regulation,standardized event handling process,performance evaluation of river chiefs and openness of public information.It can not only enhance efficiency and effectiveness of river chiefs,but also improve quality of water and ecological environment,to realize targets of access to clean and safe water and bring benefit to the people.
