摘要
设计了以转速、转矩和电流为控制量的多重闭环控制系统,通过将相电流代入建立的转矩、电流和转子位置角的运动方程求得相转矩,并与由转速差通过模糊滑模控制转换得到的参考转矩进行比较。通过控制相邻两相开关管的通断,实现了循环精确控制。仿真实验验证表明,该方法能够有效抑制转矩脉动,但在转子位置角较小时对电感的求解存在一定的误差。
A multiplex-loop control system with control quantities of speed torque and current was designed.The phase torque was calculated by substituting current into motion equation containing torque,current and rotor position.The reference torque was calculated through speed difference by fuzzy sliding mode control.Through the control of adjacent phase IGBT relying on difference of reference torque and phase torque,the system was controlled rotatorily and the torque ripple was restrained efficiently.The simulation and experimental results show that the method can suppress torque ripple effectively,but there is a certain deviation in solving the inductance when the rotor position angle is small.
