公共体育服务满意度的影响因素分析

Influencing Factors of Public Sports Service Satisfaction

利用全国性大规模问卷调查数据,本文对公共体育服务满意度的影响因素及其城乡差异进行分析。研究结果表明:第一,公共体育服务供给对公共体育服务满意度产生显著影响。具体来说资源充足性越高,分布的均衡性越高,获取的便利性越高,服务的普惠性越高,则城乡居民的公共体育服务满意度越高。第二,观看体育比赛频率对城市居民的公共体育服务满意度产生显著促进作用,但对农村居民没有显著影响。第三,社会信任和幸福感都对城乡居民的公共体育服务满意度产生显著的促进作用。

Using the national large-scale questionnaire survey data,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of public sports service satisfaction and its urban-rural differences.The research results show that:First,public sports service supply has a significant impact on public sports service satisfaction.Specifically,the higher the adequacy of resources,the higher the balance of distribution,the higher the convenience of access,and the higher the inclusiveness of services,the higher the satisfaction of public sports services between urban and rural residents.Secondly,the frequency of watching sports events has a significant role in promoting urban residents'satisfaction with public sports services,but it has no significant impact on rural residents.Third,social trust and happiness have a significant role in promoting the satisfaction of public sports services between urban and rural residents.
