摘要
本文综合分析有关芥菜的考古发现、历史文献记载、演变和分类研究、传播路线、遗传学和基因组学等方面的研究进展,结合芥菜线粒体基因组分析结果,提出芥菜起源于中国,经过杂交渐渗,沿南(茶马古道)、北(丝绸之路)2条途径由东向西传播到印度、巴基斯坦和中亚、中东诸国。
The archaeological discoveries,historical written records,taxonomic,genetic and genomic studies of Brassica juncea(Czern.et Coss.)were reviewed.On the basis of these and our investigations of variation in mitochondrial genome,we proposed that the species originate in China and has undergone introgressive hybridizations after speciation.B.juncea were spread westwardly along the two routes of the Ancient Tea Route and the Silk Road into India and Pakistan,the Central Asia and the Middle East,respectively.
