摘要
对自制的两种不同直径的T800级高强中模碳纤维(NBF1,NBF2)的结构与性能进行了研究,并与日本东丽公司T800碳纤维进行了比较。结果表明:NBF1,NBF2的直径分别为5. 64,6. 31μm,均高于日本东丽公司T800碳纤维(5. 45μm),截面比日本东丽公司T800碳纤维规整; NBF1,NBF2的拉伸强度分别为5. 58,5. 56 GPa,略高于日本东丽公司T800碳纤维(5. 52 GPa),拉伸模量分别为293,295 GPa,略高于日本东丽公司T800碳纤维(290 GPa),断裂伸长率分别为1. 97%,1. 89%,均高于日本东丽公司T800碳纤维(1. 80%); NBF2的石墨微晶层间距为0. 352 7 nm,显著低于日本东丽公司T800碳纤维(0. 355 5 nm),NBF2具有更高的石墨化程度;碳纤维表面无序化程度越低,其拉伸强度越高。
The structure and properties of self-made T800 high-strength and intermediate-modulus carbon fibers with different diameters(NBF1 and NBF2)were studied and was compared with Japan Toray T800 carbon fiber.The results showed that NBF1 and NBF2 had the diameters of 5.64 and 6.31μm,higher than the diameter of Japan Toray T800 carbon fiber(5.45μm),and the cross section of NBF1 and NBF2 was more regular than that of Japan Toray T800 carbon fiber;NBF1 and NBF2 had the tensile strength of 5.58 and 5.56 GPa,slightly higher than that of Japan Toray T800 carbon fiber(5.52 GPa),the tensile modulus of 293 and 295 GPa,slightly higher than that of Japan Toray T800 carbon fiber(290 GPa),and the elongation at break of 1.97%and 1.89%,higher than that of Japan Toray T800 carbon fiber(1.80%);NBF2 had the graphite microcrystalline interlayer distance of 0.352 7 nm,profoundly lower than that of Japan Toray T800 carbon fiber(0.355 5 nm),indicating the higher graphite degree of NBF2;the lower the surface disorder degree of carbon fiber,the higher the tensile strength.
