防透视PET纤维的制备和性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以特性黏数为0. 64 dL/g、二氧化钛(TiO_2)质量分数为0. 3%的半消光聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)及TiO_2质量分数为50%的消光母粒为原料,采用熔融复合纺丝法制备了不同TiO_2含量的皮芯结构防透视PET纤维,同时制备了单组分圆形防透视PET纤维,并在喷水织机上织成平纹织物;测试了纤维的力学性能和热稳定性以及织物的防透视性能。结果表明:随着纤维中TiO_2含量的增加,单组分防透视PET纤维的断裂强度逐渐降低,而皮芯结构防透视PET纤维的断裂强度所受影响不大; TiO_2的加入一定程度上提高了纤维的热稳定性;当纤维中TiO_2质量分数低于6. 0%时,单组分圆形防透视PET纤维织物的防透视效果要优于皮芯结构防透视PET纤维织物,但单组分圆形防透视PET纤维中TiO_2质量分数为6. 0%时,因受到可纺性的限制其织物的透光率(30. 4%)已达到极限,而皮芯结构防透视PET纤维中TiO_2质量分数可进一步提高至8. 4%,其织物在550 nm波长处的透光率可达27. 4%。 Sheath-core anti-perspective PET fibers with different titanium dioxide(TiO 2)content were prepared by using semi-dull polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chip with the intrinsic viscosity of 0.64 dL/g and 0.3%TiO 2 by mass fraction and dull masterbatch with 50%TiO 2 by mass fraction as raw material via composite spinning process.A single-component circular anti-perspective PET fiber was also prepared and was woven into plain woven fabric on a water-jet loom.The mechanical properties and thermal stability of the fiber and the anti-perspective properties of the fabric were tested.The results showed that the breaking strength of the sheath-core anti-perspective PET fiber was not affected much when the breaking strength of the single-component anti-perspective PET fiber was gradually decreased with the increase of TiO 2 content in fibers;the addition of TiO 2 raised the thermal stability of the fiber in some degree;the single-component circular anti-perspective PET fabric was superior to the sheath-core anti-perspective PET fabric in anti-perspective properties when the mass fraction of TiO 2 was lower than 6.0%;however,the fabric of single-component circular anti-perspective PET filament possessed the transmittance maximum of 30.4%due to the limitation of spinnability when the mass fraction of TiO 2 was 6.0%;on the other hand,the transmittance of the sheath-core anti-perspective PET fabric could be 27.4%at the wavelength of 550 nm when the mass fraction of TiO 2 was increased to 8.4%.
