聚酯合成反应动力学模型构建及流程模拟的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 简要介绍了聚酯生产的现状及聚酯生产工艺流程研究和优化的必要性,重点综述了基于实验的聚酯合成反应动力学模型的构建,以及以Aspen Polymer为主的工程模拟软件在聚酯工艺模拟过程中的使用及研究发展。指出由于聚酯合成反应过程较为复杂,所涉及的化学反应较多,导致在进行其动力学研究中不能将所有化学反应进行细致研究,造成动力学研究结果的重复性和可验证性并不是很好,且不同研究者获得的结果也不一致的情况。建议今后有关聚酯合成反应动力学模型的研究还需要更加细致、完善,尤其要关注所建立的动力学模型的可验证性或者可重复性,以真正能指导聚酯工业生产。 The current situation of polyester production and the necessity of the optimization research of polyester production process were briefly introduced.The kinetic model construction of polyester synthesis reaction was emphatically reviewed based on experiments,as were the application and research development of engineering simulation software like Aspen Polymer in polyester process simulation.It was pointed out that the repeatability and verifiability of the kinetic study was not satisfied and different researchers obtained different research results because the complex polyester reaction process involved various kinds of chemical reactions and not all chemical reactions were included into the kinetic study.It was suggested that the research of polyester reaction kinetic model should be elaborated and improved,especially the verifiability and repeatability of the kinetic model in order to well guide the polyester commercial production.
