紫外可见分光光度法测定尼龙66聚合物中凝胶含量 被引量:1

摘要 将尼龙66聚合物用甲酸溶解、真空过滤、清洗、烘干后得到凝胶,再溶于浓硫酸中制得凝胶硫酸溶液,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定凝胶含量,并与常规甲酸萃取法进行比较。结果表明:常规甲酸萃取法测定结果误差较大,其相对偏差为16. 1%~22. 8%;用紫外可见分光光度法,在波长为199. 5 nm处测定尼龙66聚合物中凝胶含量,其测定误差较小,加标回收率为99. 00%~100. 95%,相对标准偏差为0. 035%~0. 15%,方法的准确度和重复性较好。 Gel was obtained from nylon 66 after dissolving in formic acid,vacuum filtration,washing and drying processes and was dissolved in sulfuric acid to produce a gel sulfuric acid solution.The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry determination of gel content was performed and compared with traditional formic acid extraction method.The results showed that the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry determination had fairly good accuracy and repeatability with a minor measuring error at the wavelength of 199.5 nm,the recovery of standard addition of 99.00%-100.95%and the relative standard deviation of 0.035%-0.15%when the traditional formic acid extraction method had large measurement error and the relative deviation of 16.1%-22.8%.
