摘要 工业定制化生产主要面向用户个性化产品定制的需求,是智能制造的典型应用。终端用户与生产控制系统间的数据通信是工业定制化生产系统应用面临的一大挑战。针对上述挑战,设计了一套基于物联网的工业定制化生产系统。该系统通过工业物联网和云平台完成了终端用户与生产控制系统的互联,同时利用微信小程序实现了直观便捷的定制信息的采集工作,进而实现了定制化生产全流程的自动化。该系统以激光刻字定制产品为案例进行了实验。实验结果证明该系统具有可行性和良好的实时性,在提升用户体验的同时,还能够提高生产效率和降低人力成本。 Industrial customization production is a typical application of intelligent manufacturing,which can satisfy the demands for customized products.A major challenge for realizing the industrial customization production system is the data communication between the users and the production control systems.To overcome this challenge,this paper designs an industrial customization production system based on the Internet of Things.The system uses the industrial Internet of Things and Cloud platform to build the interconnection between the end user and the production control system.Meanwhile,it uses WeChat mini program to realize the simple and efficient data collection of the customization information.Based on these functions,the automation of the customization production is realized.The system is implemented in a laser engraving customization production for evaluation.The experimental results show that the system is effective with low latency.It can not only improve the users experience,but also improve the production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
