摘要
基于国内某地铁线路运营期间发生PR弹条异常伤损情况,对应用线路进行轨道结构实况调查及扣件弹条伤损统计,总结了现场扣件施工过程中的质量缺陷。通过弹条伤损区间钢轨动态位移的测试及钢轨波磨的检测和分析,得到轨道系统动态位移和轮轨作用的激励频约为722 Hz。对比弹条在安装状态下的模态和受力分析结果,组装弹条存在某阶730 Hz模态频率与轮轨作用的激励频率接近,认为轨道不平顺以及轮轨激励频率与弹条振动模态重合产生的共振是引起弹条受损加速,是异常伤损的主要因素,最后提出合理的解决方案和建议,为地铁工务部门的线路维保提供理论及方法参考。
The abnormal damage of PR clips of a subway line during the operation and the corresponding track structure are investigated.The quality defects in the construction process are summarized.Through the test of dynamic displacement of the rail and the detection and analysis of the rail corrugation,the dynamic displacement of the rail system is obtained and the excitation frequency of the wheel/rail is found to be 722 Hz.Compared the models of the installed clip with the results of analysis,it is found that the modal frequency 722 Hz of the installed clip is close to the wheel/rail excitation frequency.Therefore,it is concluded that the rail corrugation and the resonance due to the frequency coincidence of the clip vibration and the wheel/rail excitation are the main factors of the clip abnormal damage.Finally,the reasonable suggestion and methods for solve this problem are put forward,which provides a reference for track maintenances.
