基于LMS Virtual. Lab的鼠标噪声分析与设计

摘要 借助三维声学仿真软件LMS Virtual. Lab,应用有限元AML(Automatic Matched Layer)法分析某款鼠标声固耦合模型的噪声频响函数。在此基础上,采用隔声手段提出满足目标设计要求的改进方案,经过对比,验证在靠近声源处有无挡板以及滚轮处开口的大小对鼠标降噪的影响。发现:在靠近声源处添加挡板,滚轮处适当开口变大对鼠标降低噪声有明显效果。可为低噪声鼠标的开发和设计提供指导方案。 The amplitude-frequency response function of the acoustic-solid coupling model of a mouse is analyzed by means of the Automatic Matched Layer(AML)method in LMS Virtual Lab.Based on the above analysis,the improved schemes are proposed to explore the way of noise reduction via sound insulation.After comparison,it is confirmed that the bezel near the sound source and the size of the open mouth at the wheel are related to noise reduction.It is found that the noise can be significantly reduced by adding the bezel near the sound source and properly enlarge the size of the open mouth.This study provides a guideline for design and development of low-noise mice.
