基于等效锥度的动车组三级修间隔周期研究 被引量:3

摘要 对某条线路服役的两列CRH2A型车进行了长期跟踪测试。基于等效锥度的要求,获得了车轮外形及车辆动力学性能的演变规律。研究发现,两列跟踪动车组在三级修间隔周期由60万km延长至120万km后,各项动力学性能、磨耗情况无明显变化,均满足标准限值要求,因此建议将CHR2型车三级修间隔周期延长60万km。 A long track test is carried out for two CRH2A type trains that run on a certain line.Based on the requirements of equivalent conicity,the evolution law of wheel profile and vehicle vibration performance is obtained.The data analysis indicates that when the running mileage of the two tracking CRH in the three repair interval period increases from 600 thousand km to 1.2 million km,no significant changes of the dynamic performances and wear condition are observed,all of them could meet the standard limit value.Therefore,it is recommended that the three repair interval period of CHR2 type train should extend another 600 thousand km.
