城市轨道交通车辆基地上盖物业开发的消防、结构及预留接口设计策略

Design Strategy of Fire Protection Structure and Reserved Interfaces Developed by the Upper Cover Property of Rail Transit Vehicle Base

目前,城市轨道交通车辆基地上盖物业开发存在诸多问题。针对消防、结构及预留接口设计进行了分析,提出了设计理念及方法。对开发模式进行了概念性阐述,指出消防设计可参考的设计思路,总结结构设计中设计要点,提出上盖物业不同步开发时的部分预留措施,为后续城市轨道交通上盖物业开发的设计提供参考。

At present,many critical issues exist in the upper cover property development of rail transit vehicle base.In this paper,some design ideas and methods are proposed based on an analysis of fire protection,structure and reserved interface design,the concept of development model is introduced,some reference design ideas for fire control are proposed,key points in the structure design are summarized.On this basis,reserved measures for the asynchronous development of upper cover property are put forward,in order to provide references for the design of subsequent upper cover property development in urban rail transit.
