Data Visualization Based Local Broadcasting System for Weather TV Channel

中国气象频道创新性地融合了IT技术、图形技术和播控技术。通过自动化,集约化架构,融合数据可视化技术、云服务以及信息本地化模式设计实现本地化播出系统,变革了依赖人工完成的制播模式,实现了气象数据自动高图形渲染可视化以及全国本地信息服务云平台功能,丰富了图文、字幕、预警等本地化图文节目产品,降低人力成本,同时也解决了内容监管缺位问题,实现了中国气象频道全国内容上云监看。本文介绍这一系统的设计及功能。

This paper studies the technology innovation and the mode of China Weather TV Channel.It innovatively integrates the IT technology,graphics technology and broadcasting control technology.The local broadcasting system is designed base on automation,intensive architecture,data visualization,and cloud service.It has changed the mode of manual broadcasting,realized the visualization of automatic graphic rendering of weather data and the national local information service cloud platform,enriched the local graphic programs,reduced the cost of human resources,and also solved the problem of the content supervision on the cloud.
