倾斜对置圆盘侧抛式有机肥撒播机设计及关键部件研究 被引量:13

摘要 为解决现有锤片式有机肥侧向撒肥机关键部件可靠性较低等问题,设计以倾斜对置圆盘为关键部件有机肥侧抛机,分析物料在圆盘上的受力及运动,为使圆盘式有机肥侧抛机撒肥效果与锤片式撒肥机一致,分析影响其抛撒效果因素,选取抛撒距离、抛撒面宽度及均匀度变异系数为响应指标,作二次正交旋转组合虚拟仿真试验获得最优参数组合。通过台架试验修正参数,当圆盘安装角度为73°,刮肥板安装角度为4°,圆盘转速为570~600 r·min-1,该撒肥机可达到与锤片式撒肥机相同作业效果。 In order to solve the problem of low reliability of the key parts of the existing hammertype organic fertilizer lateral fertilizer spreader,a kind of organic fertilizer side-spreading machine was designed,which took the inclined opposite disc as the key component,and the force and motion of the material on the disc was analyzed.In order to make the fertilization effect of the disc type organic fertilizer side-spreading machine consistent with that of the hammer-type fertilizer spreader,the factors affecting the spreading effect were analyzed by combining theory and simulation.The virtual simulation experiment of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination was carried out by selecting the spreading distance,the width of the spreading surface and the coefficient of variation of the uniformity as the response indices to get the optimum combination of the parameters.Parameters should be corrected by bench test,installation angle of the disc was 73°,the installation angle of the fertilizer plate was 4°,and the rotation speed of disc was 570-600 r·min-1.Verified by bench test,the distributor could achieve the same effect with the hammer-spreader.
