售电侧放开背景下优质电力投资的模糊软集决策方法

Fuzzy soft decision-making method for premium power investment in the background of the opening of electricity retail side

针对高端用户对电压暂降、短时电压中断等非常敏感的问题,在售电侧开放背景下,研究优质电力投资的决策方法。从用户和售电公司参与的优质电力投资的关键要素及其差异性入手,提出一种基于模糊软集理论的投资方案决策方法。详细研究影响用户和售电公司投资的关键要素及其数学本质,进一步提出基于模糊软集的优质电力投资决策原理和算法,并建立考虑关键要素权重的投资方案加权比较矩阵和优势度模型,最后,对某大型半导体制造厂进行了实证研究,证明了提出方法的正确性、合理性和可行性。

High-tech manufacturers are sensitive to event-based disturbances,such as voltage sags,as a result,the premium power is in demand.However,there still exists a problem of decision-making on the premium power investment scheme.Under the background of the opening on electricity retail side,a method for ranking schemes based on fuzzy soft set theory is proposed to solve decision-making problems for customer-electricity retail company(ERC)with difference of key factors.The key factors which influence the customer’s and ERC’s decision-making on premium power investment schemes,and the corresponding mathematical properties are researched.Then,the principle and algorithm of decision-making is studied on the basis of the fuzzy soft set theory.Besides,the weighted comparison matrix between schemes and the dominance degree of schemes are established by considering the weights of key influence factors.Finally,a large semiconductor manufacturing factory is demonstrated for a field survey to verify the correctness,rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
