摘要
针对复杂齿轮箱喷射润滑的数值模拟与润滑效果改善进行了研究。首先搭建了单级齿轮高速传动喷射润滑实验台、进行了相关实验,实验结果验证了齿轮传动喷射润滑数值模拟建模方法的正确性。然后建立了复杂齿轮箱喷射润滑数值模型、进行了仿真分析,结果显示:喷射距离过长、端面角度和喷嘴布置在啮出侧均不利于润滑。基于单相流计算方法对喷嘴的喷射角度进行了寻优,结果表明:在两啮合齿轮中心平面内,存在一条空气运动最薄弱的迹线;当喷嘴轴线在该迹线方向上时,齿轮润滑效果最好。
The numerical simulation of spray lubrication and improvement of lubricant condition in a complex gearbox are researched.An experimental rig for spray lubrication of a pair of high-speed gears is set up and relevant experiments are carried out firstly.The experimental results are used to verify the correctness of numerical simulation method.Then numeric model of spray lubrication in a complex gearbox is established and simulation as well as analysis are conducted.The results show that overlong spray distance,angle of end face and jet flow on out of mesh side make against to lubrication.Then optimization of spray angle based on single-phase flow computational method is studied.Result show that,there is a weakest trace of air in the center plane of meshed gears.And if the axis of the nozzle lays on this trace,the meshed gears will have their best lubricant performance.
