摘要
针对深沟球轴承的摩擦功率损失会直接影响变速器的传动效率的问题,对深沟球轴承的拟静力学条件下的摩擦力矩组成进行了分析,提出通过改变轴承游隙的大小来降低摩擦功率损失,并设计了台架实验来探究深沟球轴承不同的径向游隙对变速器传动效率的影响;最后,通过整车滑行阻力与油耗实验进行了验证。结果表明,适当的增大游隙可以减小深沟球轴承摩擦功率损失、提升变速器的传动效率、增加整车滑行距离和降低整车油耗。此项研究为变速器轴承游隙的选择提供了参考。
For the problem that the friction power loss of the deep groove ball bearing will directly affect the transmission efficiency of the gearbox,the composition of the friction torque of deep groove ball bearing under quasi-static condition is analyzed.By changing the size of the bearing clearance to reduce the friction power loss is also proposed and a bench test to explore the influence of the bearing clearance on the transmission efficiency of the gearbox is designed.Finally,the experiments of the whole vehicle taxiing resistance and fuel consumption are verified.The result shows that properly increasing the bearing clearance can reduce the friction power loss of deep groove ball bearing and improve transmission efficiency,it also can increase the vehicle taxi distance and reduce the vehicle fuel consumption.This study provides a reference for the selection of bearing clearance of gearbox.
