高弹联轴器橡胶件的三维瞬态温度场分析 被引量:2

摘要 高弹联轴器橡胶件的温度分布将影响其自身寿命和轴系运行的可靠性。结合传热学和有限元解耦理论,分析得到动态扭转载荷作用下橡胶件的温度场分布变化过程和温度变化曲线。开展动态热机械分析,根据得到的损耗因子随温度的变化关系在温度场计算中进行损耗分析迭代。利用扭转振动试验台开展了橡胶件温度分布测试试验,对比了将损耗因子作为定值和考虑损耗因子温度相关性的两种计算方法与实测数值的误差,验证了有限元数值模拟方法的有效性。研究表明,考虑损耗因子温度相关性的计算方法计算精度更高,进一步分析可得到高弹联轴器的许用扰动转矩,为联轴器以及轴系的性能监测和高弹联轴器的设计优化提供理论依据。 The temperature distribution of rubber parts of high elastic coupling will affect lifetime of product and reliability of the shaft system.The heat transfer theory and finite element method of uncoupling analysis is adopted to analyze the change process of temperature field of rubber parts and temperature change curve under dynamic torsion load.A dynamic thermal mechanical analysis is conducted,according to the relationship between damping factor and temperature,the loss analysis iteration is carried out.The temperature distribution test of rubber parts is performed on the torsion vibration test bench,the error of two calculation methods and measured values are compared and the validity of the numerical simulation method is verified.It is shown that the calculation accuracy of method which considering the temperature dependence of the damping factor is higher than method which assuming the loss factor is constant.On this basis,the allowable vibration torque of coupling is obtained,the theoretical basis for the performance monitor and design optimization is provided.
