摘要
以月桂酰单乙醇胺丁二酸单酯和PEG200为原料合成中间体月桂酰单乙醇胺丁二酸酯聚氧乙烯醚,再与异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1305、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO9复配得到锦纶织物无磷精练除油剂。通过红外光谱表征了中间体的结构,探讨了反应物物质的量比、反应温度和时间对中间体转化率的影响,优化工艺为:月桂酰单乙醇胺丁二酸单酯和PEG200物质的量比1∶1.1,110℃反应2 h。通过正交实验讨论了中间体、1305和AEO9的最佳质量比,当质量比中间体∶1305∶AEO9=10∶3∶5时,产物的除油性最佳。
The lauroyl succinate polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized from lauroyl monoethanolamine succinate and PEG200.Then,it was compounded with isomeric tridecyl polyoxyethylene ether 1305 and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AEO9 to obtain a nylon fabric non-phosphorus scouring and oil removing agent.The structure of the intermediates was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The effects of the molar ratio of reactants,the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the conversion of the intermediates was inves-tigated.The optimized process was:the molar ratio of lauroylmonoethanolamine succinate to PEG200 was 1∶1.1,and the reaction was carried out at 110℃for 2 h.The optimal compounding ratios of the intermediates,1305 and AEO9 were discussed by orthogonal experiments.The results showed that when the mass ratio of 1305 and AEO9 was 10∶3∶5,the oil removal property of the product was the best.
