漆酶在中国发漂白处理中的应用

Application of laccase in Chinese hair bleaching

采用漆酶预处理代替传统漂白工艺中的氯化剥鳞、媒介处理,配合相应的漂白处理,研究其对中国发漂白效果的影响。考察了漆酶活度、处理时间、处理温度对中国发白度和断裂强力的影响。实验结果表明:漆酶预处理能够很好地改善漂白头发的白度,且对强力的损伤不大,符合中国发漂白工艺的生产实际要求和发展趋势。

Laccase pretreatment technology was used to replace chlorinated scales and media processing in traditional bleaching process.The effect of laccase pretreatment technology combined with corresponding bleaching treatment on the bleaching effect of Chinese hair was studied.The effects of laccase activity,treat?ment time and temperature on the whiteness and breaking strength of Chinese hair were investigated.The ex?perimental results showed that the laccase pretreatment could greatly improve the whiteness of bleached hair,and had little damage to the strength.It accorded with the actual requirements and development trend of the bleaching process in Chinese hair.
