摘要 为发展准确度高、通用性强的螺旋管圈内螺纹管内上母线处超临界水传热关联式,利用收集的螺旋管圈内螺纹管内超临界水传热实验数据,对现有传热关联式的预测能力进行评价与分析,发现现有传热关联式对其他学者不同几何结构参数管型、不同螺旋倾角内螺纹管传热实验数据的预测通用性较差;讨论了超临界水物性、螺旋倾角以及管型几何结构参数对管内超临界水传热的影响,提出了新的通用传热关联式,并用实验数据对新传热关联式进行了验证。结果表明,新传热关联式可对不同管型、不同螺旋倾角的内螺纹管内上母线处超临界水表面传热系数进行比较准确的预测。 In order to develop an accurate and universal heat transfer correlation for predicting the heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water(SCW)flow on the top of cross section in spiral wall with internal rib,the existing correlations were analyzed and evaluated by using the collected experimental data of the SCW flow in spiral wall with internal rib.It is found that the universality of prediction ability of these correlations is poor for internally ribbed tubes with different geometrical parameters and different inclination angles.A new universal correlation was proposed on the basis of analyzing the influences of physical properties of SCW,the geometrical parameters and inclination angle of internally ribbed tubes on the heat transfer of SCW.Moreover,the new correlation was verified by the heat transfer experimental data.It is shown that the new correlation has higher prediction universality than other existing correlations,and can be applied in the case with different geometrical parameters and different inclination angles.
