200 MW机组蒸汽旁路热电解耦能力评估 被引量:17

摘要 为解决机组供热需求和电网调峰之间的矛盾,对运行方式、设备改造、系统结构3种热电解耦方案进行了对比分析,对实际机组使用蒸汽旁路进行热电解耦推荐使用主蒸汽+再热蒸汽旁路方案。同时,针对热电解耦方案评估,提出以机组最大供热增容能力及最低电负荷作为定量评价指标。实际分析结果表明:某机组采用蒸汽旁路解耦方案后,供热能力增加119 MW,最低电负荷下降46 MW;采用蒸汽旁路扩容方案,供热能力增加180 MW,最低电负荷下降89 MW。 In order to solve the contradiction between the heating demand of the unit and the peak regulating of the power grid,three kinds of thermo-electricity decoupling schemes for operation mode,equipment reformation,and system structure are compared and analyzed.It is recommended to use the bypass scheme of main steam and reheat steam for thermo-electricity decoupling of steam bypass for the actual unit.At the same time,for the evaluation of the thermo-electricity decoupling scheme,the maximum heating capacity and the minimum electric load capacity of the unit are put forward as the quantitative evaluation index.The analytical results show that,after adopting the steam bypass decoupling scheme for a unit,the heating capacity increases by 119 MW and the minimum electric load decreases by 46 MW.When the steam bypass expansion scheme is adopted,the heating capacity increases by 180 MW and the minimum electric load decreases by 89 MW.
