摘要
针对国内锅炉烟气脱硝尿素热解炉运行过程中存在的问题,从能耗、尿素分解率、副产物等方面进行了分析,比较了当前成熟的尿素烟气热解技术和尿素水解技术路线,提出了最佳尿素热解炉催化水解节能改造技术路线。现场运行实践表明,采用尿素催化水解技术对尿素热解炉进行改造后,脱硝系统制氨可靠性得到大幅度提高,能耗、尿素利用率以及对尾部受热面的影响等指标得到大幅度优化,节能改造投资回收期仅为1~2.1年。
Aiming at solving the problems occurred during operation of boiler flue gas denitration urea pyrolysis furnace,this article analyzed the energy consumption,urea decomposition rate and byproducts of the furnace.Moreover,the existing mature urea flue gas pyrolysis technology and urea hydrolysis technology route were compared to find out the optimum technical route for urea pyrolysis reformation.The field operation shows that,by using the urea catalytic hydrolysis technology to reform the urea pyrolysis furnace,the ammonia preparation reliability of the denitration system was greatly improved,the indexes such as energy consumption,urea decomposition rate and the effect on the tail heating surface were obviously optimized,and the investment payback period of the energy-saving renovation was 1 to 2.1 years.
