IGF-1、IGF-2、IGFBP-3表达与子宫内膜癌患者临床病理特征参数的相关性分析

Study of correlation of the expression of IGF-1,IGF-2 and IGFBP-3 with the clinicopathological parameters of endometrial carcinoma

目的探讨IGF-1、IGF-2、IGFBP-3表达与子宫内膜癌患者临床病理特征参数的相关性。方法选择120例子宫内膜癌患者的癌组织标本与癌旁组织标本,给予IGF-1、IGF-2、IGFBP-3的免疫组化分析,分析其与临床病理特征参数的相关性。结果癌组织中IGF-1、IGF-2、IGFBP-3表达阳性率与癌旁组织对比都有差异(P <0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中IGF-1、IGF-2、IGFBP-3的表达阳性率与分化程度、临床分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移有相关性(P <0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析分析显示IGF-1与IGF-2呈正相关性(P <0.05),与IGFBP-3呈负相关性(P <0.05),IGF-2也与IGFBP-3呈负相关性(P <0.05)。结论 IGF-1、IGF-2、IGFBP-3与子宫内膜癌的临床病理特征参数密切相关,从而调节子宫内膜癌的形成。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of IGF-1,IGF-2 and IGFBP-3 and the clinicopathological parameters of endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 120 cases of tumor tissues and paracancerous tissues from endometrial cancer patients were selected.All tissues were stained with IGF-1,IGF-2,IGFBP-3 immunohistochemistry,and were to analysis of its correlation with clinical pathological characteristics parameter.Results The positive rates of IGF-1,IGF-2 and IGFBP-3 expression in cancer tissues compared those in paracancerous tissues were significant difference(P<0.05).In the endometrial carcinoma,the positive expres-sion rates of IGF-1,IGF-2 and IGFBP-3 were related to the differentiation,clinical stage,the depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that IGF-1 were posi-tively correlated with IGF-2(P<0.05),and were negatively correlated with IGFBP-3(P<0.05).The IGF-2 were also significantly negative correlation with IGFBP-3(P<0.05).Conclusion The IGF-1,IGF-2 and IGFBP-3 are closely related to the clinicopathological parameters of endometrial carcinoma.
