摘要
目的比较分析中医补肾和西医干预对高龄女性卵巢储备功能及受孕结局的影响。方法纳入2015年1月至2017年7月在我院妇科及中医门诊就诊且年龄在35~40岁之间的备孕女性109例,按照孕前干预方法分为观察组53例(补肾调冲法联合西药)和对照组56例(单纯西药),分析两组在相同备孕措施及药物干预后性激素水平和受孕率的差异。结果观察组治疗3个月经周期后,其月经第2天血清FSH、FSH/LH水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05),且血清AMH水平较对照组高且差异具有统计学意义。观察组干预3个月经周期后继续随访6个月中24例获得妊娠,受孕率45.2%(24/53),对照组16例获得妊娠,受孕率28.6%(16/56),两组受孕率比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论补肾调冲法结合健康生活指导及西医基础备孕可改善高龄女性卵巢储备功能,提高受孕率。
Objective To compare the effects of TCM and Western medicine intervention on ovarian re-serve function and pregnancy outcome in elderly women.Methods 109 women aged 35 to 40 who were planning to pregnant in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were divided into observation group(combined with Western drugs)and control group(simple Western drugs)according to pre-pregnancy intervention methods.The differences of sexual hormone level and pregnancy rate between two groups after the same measures and drug inter-vention were compared.Results The serum levels of FSH and FSH/LH were significantly lower than those of con-trol group(P<0.05)on day 2 after 3 menstrual cycles,and the serum AMH level were higher and statistically sig-nificant.The observation group obtain pregnancy in 24 cases after 6 months of follow-up after 3 menstrual cycles,with a pregnancy rate of 45.2%(24/53),and 16 cases with a pregnancy rate of 28.6%(16/56)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Nephric adjustment and adjusting impulse combined with the guidance of healthy life and the preparation of West-ern medicine can improve the function of ovarian reserve and increase the pregnancy rate of elderly women.
