采用Solidworks弧面分度凸轮建模新方法及静态分析 被引量:9

摘要 针对弧面分度凸轮建模时间长、容易发生断裂等问题,采用改进正弦曲线建立弧面分度凸轮分度曲面,并且对凸轮分度面进行静态分析.创建驱动滚珠运动的弧面分度凸轮平面简图,给出滚珠运动轨迹三维坐标方程式.采用Matlab软件分析改进正弦加速度运动规律曲线,根据滚珠运动规律进行编程,将编程程序输入到Matlab软件中进行计算,得出三维坐标点.将三维坐标点导入到Solidworks中拟合成曲线,通过曲线切割凸轮毛坯,最终生成弧面分度凸轮实体.在Solidworks/Simulation环境中,对凸轮实体进行静态分析,并且与其他建模方法和静态分析进行对比.结果显示:在同等条件下,驱动滚珠型弧面分度凸轮建模所需2条曲线,产生的应力最大值和位移最大值分别为1.258×10~8 N/m^2和5.35×10^(-2) mm,而驱动滚子弧面分度凸轮建模所需4条曲线,产生的应力最大值和位移最大值分别为1.419×10~9 N/m^2和2.436×10^(-1) mm.采用改进正弦加速度运动规律曲线,创建驱动滚珠运动的弧面分度凸轮实体模型,能够缩短建模时间,延长弧面分度凸轮使用寿命. In view of the problems of long modeling time and easy fracture of globoidal indexing cam,the improved sinusoidal curve is used to establish the indexing surface of globoidal indexing cam,and the static analysis of cam indexing surface is carried out.Accordingly,we create the planar diagram of the globoidal indexing cam and give the three-dimensional coordinate equation of the ball trajectory.The Matlab software is used to analyze and improve the curve of sinusoidal acceleration.In addition,the program is programmed according to the rule of ball motion,and is input into the Matlab software for calculation.Then the 3D coordinate points are obtained.The three-dimensional coordinate points are introduced into the quasi-synthetic curve in Solidworks,and the cam blank is cut by curve,and finally the globoidal indexing cam entity is generated.The static analysis of cam entity is carried out in Solidworks/Simulation environment,and compared with other modeling methods and static analysis.The results show that under the same conditions,two curves are required for the modeling of the ball-shaped globoidal indexing cam,the maximum stress value and the maximum displacement are 1.258×10 8 N/m 2 and 5.35×10-2 mm respectively.Homever,four curves are required for the modeling of the roller globoidal indexing cam.The maximum stress and displacement are 1.419×10 9 N/m 2 and 2.436×10-1 mm respectively.By using the improved sine acceleration motion curve to create the globoidal indexing cam entity model which drives the ball movement,it can shorten the modeling time and prolong the service life of the globoidal indexing cam.
