摘要
通过对ASME锅炉管材料多炉批长时持久强度计算方法,即"Heat-Centered"回归分析方法,并以NIMS的2.25Cr-1Mo(T22)锅炉管材料数据为例进行了计算演示,同时与常规计算方法的结果作了对照。ASME计算方法有利于减少炉批间数据分布不均引入的计算偏差,对于准备纳入ASME规范的国产材料,可采用该方法预先对长时持久强度数据进行分析。
Calculation method for long-term creep-rupture strength of ASME boiler tube material was introduced with data of multiple heats,i.e.,‘Heat-Centered’regression analysis method,and a demonstrational calculation case was done with NIMS 2.25 Cr-1Mo(T22)boiler tube material,of which the results were compared with conventional method.ASME method is better for elimination of the bias caused by heat-to-heat inhomogeneous distribution of data.For the domestic materials intended to be endorsed by ASME code,the method can be used for the preanalysis of long-term creep-rupture strength.
