某电厂回转式空气预热器改造后漏风率偏高原因分析及建议 被引量:2

摘要 某电厂300MW机组按最新环保政策的要求加装了SCR尾部烟气脱硝系统,机组尾部的回转式空气预热器因无法适应脱硝系统氨逃逸升高带来的负面影响而进行了适应性改造,经过性能试验测试,改造后漏风率超出设计值,影响锅炉效率。通过现场调查与理论分析,查找空气预热器改造后漏风率偏高的原因,并针对性地提出解决措施,以将漏风控制在正常水平。所研究的漏风率偏高问题是较为典型的案例,为空气预热器改造项目更好地控制漏风水平积累一定的经验。 A certain 300 MW unit of a power plant has installed the SCR system under requirements of the latest environmental protection policy.Rotary air preheaters back of boiler were retrofitted because of the negative effect of the ammonia escape increase from the SCR system.As the performance test result shows,the air leakage rate deviates the design value after air preheaters were retrofitted,it also affects the efficiency of the boiler.This article looks for reasons of deviating for the air preheater after retrofitted through on-site inspection and theoretical analysis,and makes suggestions so as to recover the leakage control levels.Leakage deviating problem in this article is a typical case,the research accumulates better controlling experience of air leakage level in the air preheater retrofit project.
