摘要 煤耗和渣含铜一直是熔炼炉和贫化炉研究的对象。结合滇中冶炼厂的生产实践,通过控制物料Cu/S(铜为定值)、SiO_2/(Fe+CaO)的配比,使煤耗和渣含铜控制在一定的范围内。通过生产数据对比证明,物料的合理配比可以控制冶炼炉的煤耗和渣含铜。 Coal consumption and Cu content in slag has alwasys been focus of the study on smelting furnace and cleaning furnace.With reference to the production,the coal consumption and Cu content in slag has been controlled with a certain range by controlling the Cu/S(Cu value is fixed)and SiO2/(Fe+CaO)in feed.Through comparison of production data,the appropriate proportioning of feed could control coal consumption and Cu in slag of smelting furnace.
