摘要
随着国内公路行业的快速发展,合理应用信息化技术,能够有效提升公路工程的建设质量。以怀芷快速干道太平溪大桥为实际案例,研究了BIM技术在跨河桥施工中的应用优势。首先在分析水上施工钢平台、桩基溶洞、预制箱梁架设等施工重难点的基础上,搭建了三维立体模型,制定了"流动+固定"式组织架构,为实现可视化施工做好准备。然后在项目施工阶段,将BIM技术应用于虚拟布置施工场地、加强质安管控等过程中,不断优化施工方案,大幅度地提高管理效率。最后针对上述施工重难点提出基于BIM的解决措施,分别模拟钢便桥、溶洞处理、箱梁架设的施工全过程,在施工准备、技术交底、方案筛选等方面进一步拓宽BIM技术的研究领域。
With the rapid development of the domestic highway industry,the rational application of information technology can effectively improve the quality of highway engineering construction.The paper takes the Taipingxi Bridge in Huaizhi as the actual case to study the application advantages of BIM technology in the construction of bridges across rivers.First of all,based on the analysis of construction difficulties such as water steel platform,pile foundation caverns and prefabricated box girder erection,the three-dimensional model was established,and a“flow+fixed”organization structure was formulated to prepare for visual construction.Then,during the project construction phase,BIM technology is applied to the virtual site layoutand enhancement of quality control,which continuously optimize the construction plan and greatly improve the management efficiency.Finally,the entire construction process of steel bridge,cavern treatment and box girder erection are simulated through BIM technology to solve above-mentioned construction difficulties,which expands the research field of BIM in terms of construction preparation,technical disclosure,scheme selection.
