摘要
为了研究再生剂在老化沥青表面浸润的问题,运用悬滴法、躺滴法分别获得再生剂表面张力以及再生剂在老化沥青表面接触角,通过计算得到浸润热力学参数——铺展系数以及动力学参数——润湿初始速度率的方法。研究沥青种类、沥青老化程度、再生剂种类与铺展系数以及润湿速度指数的关系,揭示上述因素对再生剂浸润性能的影响,结果表明:再生剂在50号沥青与70号沥青的短期老化沥青上的浸湿功要大于在长期老化沥青上的浸湿功,这说明随着沥青老化程度的加深,再生剂在老化沥青表面扩散变难。旋转薄膜老化后的50号沥青与70号沥青再经过烘箱老化,再生剂在烘箱老化沥青上的润湿初始速度变小,表明沥青老化程度的加深阻碍了再生剂在老化沥青表面的扩散。通过分析浸湿功方程以及润湿初始速度方程,再生剂表面张力越大,其在老化沥青表面的扩散性能越好。对再生剂在老化沥青表面浸润效果进行评价,研究结果可为沥青再生的工程应用提供理论依据。
In order to study the problem of the wetting of the regenerated asphalt on the surface of the aged asphalt,the surface tension of the regenerant and the contact angle of the regenerant on the surface of the aged asphalt were obtained by hanging drop method and lying drop method.The thermodynamic parameters-spread coefficient and kinetics Parameter-the method of wetting the initial speed rate.The effects of the above factors on the wetting performance of the regenerant were studied.The results showed that the short-term aged asphalt of No.50 asphalt and No.70 asphalt were studied.The effects of the above factors on the wetting performance of the regenerant were studied.On the wet work is greater than the long-term aging of the asphalt on the wet work,which shows that with the aging of the asphalt deepening,the regeneration agent in the aging of the asphalt surface becomes difficult.After aging of the rotating film,No.50 asphalt and 70 asphalt and then through the oven aging,the regeneration agent in the aging of the oven on the wetting of the initial velocity becomes smaller,indicating that the aging of the asphalt aging hindered the proliferation of aging agent in the aging of the bitumen.By analyzing the equation of wetting and the initial velocity equation of wetting,the greater the surface tension of the regenerant,the better the diffusion performance of the aged asphalt surface.The effect of the regenerant on the surface wetting of the aged asphalt was evaluated.The results could provide the theoretical basis for the engineering application of the asphalt regeneration.
