乳化沥青配方对冷再生混合料性能的影响

The Effect of Emulsified Asphalt on Cold Recycled Mixtures

为了探讨乳化沥青配方对冷再生混合料性能的影响,采用3种冷再生用乳化剂室内制备乳化沥青,分析了乳化沥青对冷再生混合料的工作性、早期强度和水稳定性等性能的影响。研究结果表明,3种乳化剂制备得到的乳化沥青常规性能差别不大,乳化粒径差别较大,乳化沥青对冷再生混合料的可工作时间、早期强度和抗水损坏等性能影响较大。建议实验室制备冷再生乳化沥青的平均粒径控制在2μm左右,在冷再生混合料配合比设计时应通过延迟时间试验确定混合料的可工作时间。

In order to analyze the influence of emulsified asphalt on cold recycled mixtures,the performance of cold recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt including workability and early strength test and water damage test had been measured from 3 kinds of asphalt emulsifier.Results showed there was no significant difference between the conventional properties of emulsified asphalt obtained from different emulsifiers,and the difference of particle size distribution of emulsion particle size was obvious.The emulsified asphalt has great influence on the workability time,early strength,and water resistance properties of cold recycled mixture.It is suggested that the average particle size of the emulsified asphalt for cold recycled in laboratory is about 2μm.It is recommended to introduce the delay time test to determine the workability of cold recycled mixture during the mix design.
