地勘单位安全生产标准化建设的实践与对策:以天津华北地质勘查局为例

Thepractice and countermeasure on the construction of safety and health management system in geological exploration units

本文以天津华北地质勘查局为例,简要论述了地勘单位野外工作主要涉及的安全风险因素,重点从目标职责、制度化管理、教育培训、现场管理、安全风险管控及隐患排查治理、应急管理、事故管理和持续改进等8方面介绍了地勘单位安全生产标准化建设现状,分析了地勘单位安全生产标准化建设方面存在的问题,提出了加强安全生产标准化持续改进的建议。

This paper takes Tianjin North China Geological Exploration Burea as an example,this paper briefly discusses the geological exploration units mainly relates to the safety of the risk factors,mainly from Objective and key responsibility,institutionalized management,education and training,field management,management of risk prevention and control,emergency management,accident management,continuous improvement eight aspects to introduce the present situation of geological exploration unit safety and health management system,analyses the geological exploration units,the problems of safety and health management system,first proposed the idea of continuous improvement to strengthen safety management system.
