摘要
通过对某地铜铅锌多金属硫化矿的工艺矿物学和浮选分离研究,采用"铜铅混浮,铜铅分离,尾矿再选锌"的浮选工艺流程,在磨矿细度90%-0.074mm时,优化药剂条件与添加方式,实现了铜铅无重络酸盐浮选分离,获得良好的分选指标。其中:铜精矿含铜27.65%、铅2.61%、铜回收率68.47%,铅精矿含铅51.45%、铜0.51%、铅回收率92.10%,锌精矿含锌46.94%、铜0.19%、铅0.47%、锌回收率85.76%。
The process mineralogy and flotation separation experiment of copper lead zinc polymetallic sulphide ore are studied.The flotation process of copper lead mixed flotation,copper lead separation and tailings reconcentration zinc was adopted.,when the grinding fineness is 90%-0.074 mm,optimization of drug conditions and addition methods.The flotation separation of copper and lead without heavy collaterals is realized,get good sorting index,among them,copper concentrate contains copper 27.65%,lead 2.61%,copper recovery rate 68.47%.Lead concentrates contain lead 51.45%,copper 0.51%,lead recovery rate 92.10%,zinc concentrate zinc 46.94%,copper 0.19%,lead 0.47%,zinc recovery 85.76%.
