本文介绍了玉溪大红山矿业有限公司380万t/a熔岩铁选厂保持现有选矿工艺流程不变的情况下,在MZS8848半自磨机返砂皮带尾端加设一套干式抛选系统,不仅提高了入选铁矿石品位,降低半自磨机钢球损耗及尾矿入库的成本,选矿指标也得以提高,对露天熔岩铁的选别有了新的突破,经济效益显著。

This paper introduces that the 3.8 Mt/a lava iron ore dressing plant of Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co.,Ltd.,and maintains the existing beneficiation process,and adds a dry throwing at the end of the MZS8848 semi-autogenous grinding machine.The system not only improves the grade of iron ore selected,reduces the loss of semi-autogenous mill steel balls and the cost of tailings storage,but also improves the beneficiation index.It has made new breakthroughs in the selection of open-air lava iron and has significant economic benefits.
