摘要
变角度胶带输送机在实际应用中便于管理和维护,但因其变坡段多,运行工况往往较为复杂。本文以国内某露天矿山的矿石胶带输送机为例,对变角度胶带输送机的四种典型工况进行了分析,简述了该类型胶带输送机的计算过程,并利用专业的胶带输送机设计软件进行了校核和优化,在确保胶带输送机在任何工况下都能正常工作的前提下,降低了电机功率,为类似胶带输送机的设计提供参考。
In the practical application,the varying-slope belt conveyor is easy to manage and maintain,but due to its variable slope section,the operating conditions are often complicated and variable.This paper takes the ore belt conveyor of an open pit mine in China as an example,analyzes the four typical working conditions of the varying-slope belt conveyor,briefly describes the calculation process,and uses professional design software of belt conveyor to check and optimize,providing a reference for the design of similar belt conveyors.
