摘要
通过对某矿山4~#碎矿站主溜井围岩岩体工程地质特征和使用过程问题分析,认为溜井已发生井壁垮塌,随后对垮塌情况进行了三维激光扫描。溜井垮塌破坏的原因分析及以此为基础采取加固修复措施,是保障溜井安全运行的首要任务。分别从工程地质条件影响、溜井中矿石对井壁的磨蚀作用、矿石倒入溜井对井壁的冲击作用和放矿制度影响作用等多方面分析了主溜井垮塌破坏的原因,得到了各因素的影响作用规律。该分析结果可为类似溜井垮塌破坏原因分析和加固方案设计提供技术参考。
Based on the analysis of the engineering geological characteristics and application process of the surrounding rock mass of the main chute in No.4 crushing station of a mine,it is considered that the wall of the chute has collapsed and the collapse is scanned with 3D laser scanning.It is the first task to ensure the safe operation of chute to analyze the cause of collapse and take reinforcement and repair measures.The causes of collapse and failure of main chute and its influencing rules are analyzed from the influence of engineering geological conditions,abrasion of ore on shaft lining in chute,impact of ore pouring into chute on shaft lining and influence of ore drawing system.The analysis results can provide technical reference for similar failure analysis and reinforcement design.
