玉溪大红山矿业有限公司400万t/a二期采矿工程建设通风井设置及应用

随着昆明钢铁集团有限责任公司及矿业公司的发展,所需原矿量也越来越大,为确保玉溪大红山矿业有限公司(以下简称矿业公司)400万t/a一期、二期采矿工程正常衔接,2010年9月份二期采矿工程正式开工建设,二期工程是一期工程的延续,采矿范围在400~25m标高之间,矿体埋深较深,加之大红山铁矿属于火山喷发形成熔岩铁矿、地温较高、独头掘进长、通风距离远等特点。通风非常困难,由于坑道温度较高,严重制约着二期工程建设进度,同时质量也得不到保证。针对二期采矿工程建设存在通风困难的问题,本着立足于矿山现状及二期采矿工程系统设计,充分利用现有条件,结合矿山使用的先进设备。分析研究后,充分利用二期采矿工程设计的放矿溜井结合一期采矿工程、扩产现状,把二期采矿工程溜井提前贯通作为通风小井,在联道安装风机进行机械通风,把二期采矿工程工作面的热风、污风抽至主回风系统或把新鲜风压入工作面。通过设置通风小井,取得较好的效果,为二期工程的建设提供了有利的条件,确保一期、二期采矿工程的衔接。

with the development of kunming steel group company and mining company,the ore quantity is becoming more and more big,in order to ensure the Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co.,Ltd of 4 Mt/a mining engineering normal cohesion of phaseⅠandⅡ,the second phase of mining engineering in September 2010 formally start construction,the second phase is the continuation of the first phase,the mining range between the elevation of 400~25 m,ore bodies buried depth is deeper,the volcanic lava and big red iron ore belongs to iron ore,ground temperature is higher,single head driving long,ventilation distance,etc.Ventilation is very difficult.Due to the high tunnel temperature,the construction schedule of the second phase project is seriously restricted,and the quality is not guaranteed.In view of the problem of difficult ventilation in the second phase construction,based on the present situation of the mine and the design of the second phase system,make full use of the existing conditions and combine with the advanced equipment used in the mine.After analysis and research,taking full advantage of the ore pass designed in the second phase and combining with the current situation of the first phase and expansion project,the second phase slide is cut through ahead of time as a ventilation slim well,the fan is installed in the connecting channel for mechanical ventilation,and the hot and dirty air of the second phase working face is pumped to the main return air system or fresh air is pressed into the working face.By setting up a small ventilation shaft,good results were obtained,which provided favorable conditions for the construction of the second phase project and ensured the connection between the first and second phases.
