健康饮用岩溶水

摘要 长期饮用硬水会引起结石病,长期饮用软水会引起骨质疏松。岩溶水具有高钙、高硬度的特点,正确饮用岩溶水事关岩溶区亿万名群众的身体健康。本文从水硬度的定义及分类出发,就硬水与软水对人体的影响进行了分析,提出来饮用水适宜的硬度范围为150~350mg/L。根据岩溶水以碳酸盐暂时硬度为主、在煮沸后暂时硬度会大幅降低的特点,岩溶水必须煮沸后饮用才更有益于健康;但碳酸型矿泉水不宜加热烧开,中低温饮用更有利于钙镁等益生矿物质的吸收。在选购家庭净水设备时,建议选择采用超滤膜技术的净水器;而纯水机将水中的有益元素也一起除去,长期饮用纯净水对身体有害无益。 Drinking hard water for a long time can cause lithiasis,but drinking soft water for a long time can cause osteoporosis.Karst water has the characteristics of high calcium and high hardness.Drinking Karst water correctly is related to the health of hundreds of millions of people in Karst areas.Based on the definition and classification of water hardness,the effect of hard water and soft water on human body is analyzed.The suitable hardness range of drinking water is 150-350 mg/L.According to the characteristics that the temporary hardness of Karst water is mainly carbonate,and it will decrease greatly after boiling,the Karst water must be boiled and drinked before it is more beneficial to health.However,carbonate mineral water should not be heated and boiled.Drinking at moderate and low temperature is more conducive to the absorption of calcium and magnesium and other probiotic minerals.When purchasing domestic water purification equipment,it is suggested to choose ultrafiltration membrane technology water purifier,and pure water machine will also remove the beneficial elements in the water.Long-term drinking pure water is harmful to the body.
