On the Talent System Construction and Awareness Cultivation in Relation to the Trial of Intellectual Property Cases

文章从艰巨的知识产权审判任务及审判人才面临的挑战、知识产权审判人员的传承化、专业化、现代化四个角度回忆了改革开放四十年的发展历程并提出了意见和建议。

This paper reviews the judicial development in relation to intellectual property right,particularly the training of judges on IPR-related cases,and stresses the importance in cultivating judges who are professional and can both inherit the tradition and carry it forward.The paper also puts forward some opinions and suggestions concerning the cultivation of judges in the field of IPR-related cases.
