纳米异质结制备及其压电性能表征综合实验设计 被引量:1

摘要 将最新的科研成果转化成综合设计型实验教学内容,设计研究了ZnO-CuO基纳米异质结材料的制备及压电性能性能评价的综合实验。利用磁控溅射和水溶液等方法制备ZnO-CuO的PN异质结结构,并研究其压电性能。结果表明,该异质结结构具有非常好的整流特性,对器件施加外力时器件产生直流电流的输出且有很高的灵敏度,电流强度约为300nA,极大地提高纳米发电机的输出性能。该实验激发了学生对于专业知识的研究兴趣,深入理解异质结结构与器件性能之间的关系,培养了学生的创新思维能力和综合实践能力。 The latest research achievements are transformed into the comprehensive design-type experimental teaching content,and a comprehensive experiment on the preparation of ZnO-CuO based nano-heterojunction materials and the performance evaluation of piezoelectric performance is designed and studied.The PN heterojunction structure of ZnO-CuO is prepared by the magnetron sputtering and aqueous solution method,and its piezoelectric performance is studied.The results show that the heterojunction structure has a very good rectifying characteristics,and when the external force is applied to the device,it produces a direct current output and has a high sensitivity.The current intensity is about 300 nA,which greatly improves the output performance of the nano-generator.This experiment stimulates the students’interest in the study of professional knowledge,helps them to deeply understand the relationship between the structure of the heterostructure and the performance of the device,and trains their innovative thinking ability and comprehensive practical ability.
